Melanie Rodel (b. 1980) is a Swiss multidisciplinary visual artist whose work explores the relationship between nature, human emotion, and perception. Rooted in Swiss cultural traditions and influenced by ritual, visionary art, and performative expression, her artistic language moves between organic abstraction, emotional intensity, and poetic visual storytelling.

The combination of experimental materiality and intuitive formal expression forms the foundation of her artistic practice. Through light, shadow, texture, and organic structures, she creates atmospheric visual worlds shaped by emotional depth and sensory experience. Encounters with people, landscapes, cultural rituals, and quiet moments of observation become the starting point for works that place movement and stillness, memory and intuition, proximity and distance into dialogue.
